Libertine Holdings PLC, a developer of clean, highly efficient and fuel-flexible Linear Generator products, has appointed Julia Langton as People Director.
Julia joins Libertine following 18 months as Head of People Partnering & Resourcing at Servelec, a private equity funded software provider.
Previously, Julia was Group HR Director for four years at Xeros Technology Group plc, an AIM listed company in its second phase evolution as a tech start up and mission to positively impact on our climate through innovation in platform technologies and sustainable solutions.
Julia started her early career working in blue-chip companies, Kimberly Clark and Mars Inc, in a HR managerial capacity. Latterly she was European HR Director for Wesco Aircraft, where she built the HR Function and people processes from the ground up to support year-on-year double digit growth, during her seven-year tenure, and ultimately a 450 headcount across the European division. Julia is a chartered member of the MCIPD and a qualified leadership and business mentor.
